How to access us

We are located at Dawson Medical Building, at 83 Dawson Road, on the main floor.

We are wheelchair accessible.

Please note: There is a 3 dollar flat fee for parking. 20 minutes or less is free.

To access our clinic you must have the following:

• You must have a diagnosis of diabetes.
• You must live in Guelph OR have a doctor who is in Guelph.

Please note that we will require blood work from your doctor.
