Community Events

On Sunday, June 10th, Diabetes Care Guelph will be sponsoring the "diaBEAT" 5 km run/walk and 10 km run at Guelph Lake. Come out and join us for some family fun and fitness. 

If you are a patient of Diabetes Care Guelph, Get FHT or the Guelph Family Health Team, you may be eligible for a free registration to participate in the 5 km. Please send an e-mail to jaimie.short@guelphfht.com for more information. 

Clothesline

This year, we will supporting the Canadian Diabetes Association's Clothesline Drive. If you are coming to the event, please consider bringing a bag of gently-used clothing donations, all cloth based items, footwear, books, toys, kitchenware, electronics and much more!
